Beginning Paper Piecing
Welcome to Beginning Paper Piecing for 2020! Helen has changed her pattern for this class. You will assemble your star, add a border, quilt using "stitch in the ditch", and do a machine finished border. You will go home with a 13 x 13 finished project. All you need to know beforehand is how to stitch a straight line.
Helen will have finished pieces in class for ideas. The stars can be duplicated to make a table runner or quilt. Keep that in mind as you need to have enough fabric to finish it later.
To save time, please cut your fabric before class to save precious sewing time. Bring all left over fabric to cover any mistakes! Supply list will be posted soon.
Students must have a working knowledge of their machines. Machines must be in good working condition.
Class Size: Minimum is 3, Maximum is 6
