You choose and create what you want the center of the placemat to be!  It can be an embroidery, an iron-on applique, or a quilting design.  Helen will teach you how to do the quilting in the class.  If you choose and embroidery or an iron-on applique, this must be done before the class meets.  Instructions will be found on the supply list.
